Bio
Many people become so accustomed to stress, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion that they stop recognizing how much it is affecting their relationships, confidence, motivation, and overall sense of self. Over time, simply pushing through life stops working, and what once felt manageable begins to feel overwhelming.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and the challenges that come with trying to balance expectations, responsibilities, relationships, and personal growth. My goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can better understand themselves, develop healthier patterns, and begin creating meaningful and lasting change.
I especially enjoy working with young adults and individuals navigating major transitions in life. The shift from adolescence into adulthood can be one of the most formative and difficult periods people experience. Questions surrounding identity, relationships, independence, career direction, confidence, and purpose can create significant stress and uncertainty. As a young adult myself, I understand how overwhelming this season of life can feel while trying to establish stability and direction for the future.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we work to identify unhelpful thought patterns, emotional reactions, and belief systems that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, or feelings of being stuck. I believe therapy should not only increase insight, but also help clients build practical tools and greater emotional resilience in everyday life.
In addition to traditional therapy services, I also specialize in neurofeedback. Neurofeedback is a brain-based training approach designed to help improve emotional regulation, focus, stress management, sleep, anxiety symptoms, and overall mental performance. For many individuals, integrating neurofeedback into the therapeutic process can strengthen their ability to access the skills and insights they are developing in counseling.
One of the things I value most about this field is the opportunity to work alongside people from many different backgrounds and lived experiences. Growth often happens through honest reflection, stronger self-awareness, and meaningful human connection. My role is not to tell clients who they should become, but to help them better understand themselves and move toward a healthier and more grounded life.
If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others, I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process. Reach out today to schedule a 15-minute consultation or a full session to begin moving toward healing, clarity, and growth.
