Lone Tree Counseling Services

We are Voyages Counseling

Voyages Counseling's Lone Tree is our dedicated neurofeedback hub. If you are searching for counseling or therapy in Lone Tree, Colorado, and you want care that addresses the brain directly, this is where that work happens.

Neurofeedback is a non-medication approach to conditions that live in the nervous system before they live in the mind. Anxiety that will not settle. Sleep that will not come. Attention that has frayed. Mood that swings without warning. Lingering effects of concussion or trauma. We use real-time brain activity monitoring to help the brain learn its own regulation, and most clients notice measurable change within the first several sessions.

Neurofeedback is delivered in person at our Lone Tree office. For talk therapy, couples work, and our other counseling services, we offer telehealth across Colorado.

Focuses on faith and life transitions, depression, anxiety, family, and trauma.

Neurofeedback isn’t just about brainwave training—it’s about supporting how your brain functions in everyday life. Whether you’re working through anxiety, burnout, attention challenges, emotional reactivity, or sleep issues, neurofeedback can help align your brain and behavior in powerful, lasting ways.

Here’s what your journey may include:

01

Brain Mapping & Personalized Plan

Your first step is a quantitative EEG (qEEG), which helps us evaluate brainwave patterns and identify areas of imbalance. This information allows us to build a personalized neurofeedback roadmap tailored to your emotional, cognitive, and behavioral goals.

02

Real-Time Neurofeedback Training

Using non-invasive sensors, we monitor brain activity while you engage with a video or sound-based activity. When your brain moves toward a healthier pattern, the system reinforces it in real time—helping your brain gradually rewire through operant conditioning and neuroplasticity.

03

Therapist-Guided Integration

Every session is supported by a licensed clinician, not just a technician. This ensures that what your brain learns is integrated into your therapy work, relationships, goals, and real-life patterns.

04

Continuity with Medical Providers

For clients under psychiatric care, our team can coordinate with prescribing professionals to monitor changes in sleep, mood, attention, or symptom response, supporting more informed decisions and safer long-term outcomes.

Embark on a personalized path to enhanced cognitive function and peak performance. Neurofeedback Therapy and NIT is designed to make your experience comfortable, informative, and empowering.
